Which country is your coworking in?
Every country asks for its own details: based on your answer we adapt the tax ID, the territorial division, the post code and the paperwork we will request.
Company details
This is the legal entity that will publish the spaces and receive our commission invoices. You add the locations, with their opening hours and time zone, later from your panel.
Who manages the account
With this email you will set your password and access the space panel.
We will use it for booking and billing notices.
Paperwork we will ask for
To validate your space we need to check who you are and that the payout account is yours. No need to upload anything now.
NIF/CIF de la empresa

How you will get paid
Los pagos de tus reservas se cobran con Stripe y se ingresan en tu cuenta bancaria. No necesitas contratar Stripe por tu cuenta: al aprobar tu documentación creamos tu cuenta conectada y te enviamos un enlace para completarla.
- 1 Regístrate y envía la documentación desde tu panel.
- 2 Revisamos el expediente (normalmente en 48 h laborables).
- 3 Al aprobarlo te enviamos un enlace de Stripe para verificar tu identidad y tu cuenta bancaria.
- 4 Cuando Stripe confirma la verificación, tu espacio puede publicarse y empezar a recibir reservas cobradas.
- · La verificación la hace Stripe directamente: tucoworking no guarda tus datos bancarios ni los de las tarjetas de tus clientes.
- · Si ya tienes una cuenta de Stripe, podemos vincularla en vez de crear una nueva; indícalo al enviar la documentación.
- · El cobro llega a tu cuenta con la comisión de tucoworking ya descontada, y cada mes recibes la autofactura de esa comisión.
