2. Purpose

tucoworking is an online marketplace that connects people and companies looking for workspaces with the coworking operators that provide them. tucoworking neither owns nor manages the spaces: it acts as an intermediary and, where the booking is paid online, as a payment platform on the operator's behalf.

The contract for the use of the space is always entered into between the customer and the operator shown on the listing. tucoworking's obligations are limited to those described in the Platform terms.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, trademarks, logos, navigation structure and proprietary content of the site belong to FUSTIBUS S.COOP GALEGA or its licensors. Photographs, descriptions and trademarks of each venue belong to the relevant operator, who authorises their publication on the marketplace. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, as is the systematic extraction of content by means of robots or scraping techniques.

4. Liability

FUSTIBUS S.COOP GALEGA is responsible for the availability and proper functioning of the platform with due diligence, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions caused by technical reasons, maintenance or force majeure. The information on each venue (photographs, services, capacity, opening hours and prices) is supplied and maintained by the operator, who is responsible for its accuracy.

6. Reporting illegal content

Under article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), anyone may report allegedly illegal content by writing to info@tucoworking.com, stating the URL concerned and the reasons. Every report is acknowledged and receives a reasoned reply.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
