Cancellation, changes and refund policy
Version 1 · in force since 8/28/2026
1. Policy applicable to each booking
Each space has its own cancellation policy, shown on the listing and in the quote before payment. The policy in force at that moment is recorded together with the booking and is the one that applies, even if the operator changes it later.
2. Cancellation by the customer
- Within the free cancellation window: the booking is cancelled and the full amount is refunded, including taxes and the intermediation commission.
- Outside that window: the booking is cancelled with no right to a refund, unless the operator agrees otherwise.
Cancellations are requested from the booking details in your personal area. The platform indicates at all times whether a cancellation gives rise to a refund and for what amount.
3. Date changes
Changes of date or time depend on availability and on the policy of the space. Where a booking cannot be modified, it may be cancelled under the previous section and a new booking made.
4. Cancellation by the operator, or incidents
If the operator cancels the booking, or if the space is unavailable or does not substantially match what was published, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, regardless of the cancellation window. Alternatively, an equivalent option will be offered.
Such cases should be reported to info@tucoworking.com as soon as possible, quoting the booking code and, where possible, providing evidence.
5. No-show
Failing to attend on the booked date without having cancelled does not give rise to a refund, since the space remained blocked and could not be allocated to another customer.
6. How and when refunds are made
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase. tucoworking instructs the gateway normally within 1 to 3 business days from the moment the refund becomes due; the actual credit to the account or card depends on the issuing bank and usually completes within 5 to 10 business days.
No handling fee is charged for processing a refund.
7. Partial refunds
Where a partial refund applies (for example, because the service actually provided was reduced), the amount and the reason will be notified before it is processed.
8. Disputes with your bank
Before starting a dispute or chargeback with your issuing bank, we recommend contacting info@tucoworking.com. Issues are usually resolved faster this way and at no cost to the customer.
9. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit the rights granted to consumers by consumer protection legislation, including those arising from a lack of conformity of the service.
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
