General contracting terms
Version 1 · in force since 8/28/2026
These terms govern the contracting of spaces through tucoworking and are subject to Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Act 7/1998 on general contracting conditions.
1. Parties to the contract
The contract for the use of the space is entered into between the customer and the operator of the venue, whose identity and tax details appear on the listing and in the booking confirmation. FUSTIBUS S.COOP GALEGA acts as an intermediary and as a payment platform on the operator's behalf.
2. Contracting process
- Selection. The customer chooses the venue, space, date and time slot.
- Quote. The platform shows the price breakdown before payment: base amount, taxes and total.
- Provisional hold. On continuing, the unit is held for a limited time (10 minutes) so that payment can be completed. If payment is not made within that period, the hold is released automatically.
- Payment. Payment takes place in the gateway's secure environment, with strong authentication where applicable.
- Confirmation. Once payment is confirmed, the customer receives an email confirmation with the booking code and the QR access code. The booking is not concluded until that confirmation.
Before paying, the customer may review and correct the information entered by going back to the previous steps of the process.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and state whether taxes are included. The final amount, including all items, is always displayed before payment is confirmed. No charges are applied that have not been disclosed beforehand. Details are set out in the Pricing and payments policy.
4. Invoicing
The invoice is issued by the operator, who provides the service. tucoworking issues a payment receipt with no tax effect evidencing the payment. Customers may request an invoice from their booking details: tucoworking will forward the request to the operator together with the tax details of the selected billing profile.
5. Particular conditions of each service
In addition to these general terms, each service has particular conditions (flexible desk, private office, meeting room, event space or monthly contracting) which are displayed and accepted when booking. Matters not covered by them are governed by these general terms; in the event of conflict, the particular conditions of the service prevail.
The operator may also have internal venue rules (opening hours, access, guests, use of common areas). Those rules apply provided they were made available to the customer before booking and do not contradict what is accepted here.
6. Changes and cancellation
Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy and by the specific policy shown on the listing at the time of booking, which is recorded together with the booking.
7. Right of withdrawal
Information about the right of withdrawal and its statutory exceptions is set out in the Right of withdrawal document.
8. Monthly contracting
Monthly units are not paid online: the platform submits a contracting request which the operator accepts or rejects and which is formalised through the operator's own contract. No payment obligation arises until that point.
9. Language and record keeping
The contract may be concluded in any of the languages available on the platform; in the event of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails. Booking documentation is stored in the customer's personal area and remains accessible while the account is active.
10. Complaints
Support and complaint channels are described in Dispute resolution.
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
