Pricing, currency and accepted payment methods
Version 1 · in force since 8/28/2026
1. Currency and how prices are displayed
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR). The listing shows the reference price of the unit and, before payment, a detailed quote with the breakdown of items, the taxable base, applicable taxes and the total amount. The total shown is the amount charged: there are no hidden charges and no surcharges for using a particular payment method.
2. Taxes
The applicable indirect taxes are added to the price in accordance with the rules in force and the status of the customer and the operator. The rate applied and its amount appear in the breakdown shown before payment and on the payment receipt.
3. Accepted payment methods
Bookings are paid by credit or debit card from the main schemes (Visa, Mastercard and, where available, American Express), through the Stripe gateway and, in environments where it is enabled, Paycomet. The available methods are shown at the payment step.
4. Payment security
- Card details are entered directly into the gateway's environment, certified to the PCI-DSS standard. tucoworking does not see, process or store the card number or its security code.
- Transactions are subject to strong customer authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure) where required by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2018/389 implementing the PSD2 Directive.
- Where the customer authorises saving the card for future bookings, the gateway stores a token; tucoworking only keeps that identifier and the last digits, never the card itself.
5. When you are charged
The charge is made when the booking is confirmed. No charge is ever made without prior confirmation by the customer at the gateway. If authorisation is declined, the booking is not confirmed and the hold on the unit is released.
Some banks show a temporary hold on the amount even where the transaction is not completed; in that case the hold is released automatically within the periods set by the issuing bank, which tucoworking cannot shorten.
6. Statement descriptor
The charge appears on your statement identified with the platform's trading name so that you can recognise it. If you do not recognise a charge, we recommend contacting info@tucoworking.com first: most issues are resolved without needing to open a dispute with your bank.
7. Collection on the operator's behalf
tucoworking collects the booking amount on the operator's behalf and transfers to them the amount due, less its intermediation commission. Payment made to tucoworking discharges the customer's payment obligation towards the operator.
8. Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails or is subsequently reversed, the booking may be rendered void and access to the space may be refused, without prejudice to the operator's right to claim the amount for any service actually provided.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and refund policy and are always credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
This is a translation of the Spanish version, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
